Senate Floor Vote on Safe Passing Likely Next Week!Senate to vote week of April 6; read below
to find out if your senator supports Safe Passing

As we told you last week, the 2009 Safe Passing Bill (CSSB 488) passed the Senate Transportation Committee on a 7-2 vote. The next step is a floor vote by the full Senate, and we believe that will happen as soon as next Tuesday, April 7!

Now is the time to contact your State Senators. We have been counting up the votes, and below are the Senators we have not yet confirmed on Safe Passing. If your Senator is listed below, please call or email and ask that he vote YES on CSSB 488.
